Meet the team

Shane Harr

Owner

From legos to multi-million-dollar custom homes, I have always loved to design and build things.  I love to create and come up with new innovative ideas.  I enjoy helping families realize their dream of building a home and witnessing their excitement as they come together doing activities they love.  My vision is to build a home that will stand the test of time.  I want to build a home that is individual to each family, serving as a gathering point for many generations to come.  My hope is that each one of our clients will take pride in knowing their home is a PureHaven built home.

Lane Wilkes

CFO

I have over a dozen years of construction industry experience ranging from Large Multifamily, Commercial, Tenant Improvement and Custom Residential. I have managed the accounting and finances for construction companies with annual revenues in excess of $100 million. I enjoy taking on new challenges and am always looking for ways to improve processes and increase profitability. When I’m not working I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family.

Shaelie Gann

Administrative Assistant

This is my first experience in the construction industry. I’ve always enjoyed looking at houses and seeing how each one is unique and personalized. My husband is convinced I should be a real estate agent, just so I can look at houses. Before I came to PureHaven I was working at an accounting firm where I managed 20+ clients at one time. I enjoy the consistency at PureHaven, the ability to learn the ins and outs of the company, and getting to know those I’m working with. When I’m not at working or studying you can find me rock climbing, running, or watching a movie.

Dallas Eastman

Project Manager

I love a challenge, building custom homes gives me that challenge. It’s very satisfying and rewarding. It allows me to work through issues, during the building process, that only come up with a custom home. I enjoy the opportunity to work with the owners as their dream home becomes a reality. I feel a strong sense of pride as the owners move in to their home, knowing I was there from start to finish.

Wade McAllister

Project Manager

Building has always been second nature for me, from tree houses and bike ramps when I was growing up, to town homes, condos, and now custom homes. I enjoy the challenge that each new day presents with my projects. Custom homes keep me on my toes and requires me to think creatively to solve individual problems. There is always a better way to do things in the building process and striving for excellence in the building process is a daily goal. The relationships that are built with the people I work with and build for is a bonus when I look back and see a beautiful home at the end of the project.

Jake Perkins

Project Manager

Building has been something that I grew up around.  It was a skill that turned into a career. Building homes is a challenging yet rewarding process. I enjoy being a part of a team where everyone has something different to offer, that when put together, create a beautiful home.

Peter Alving

Warranty Manager

I’m originally from the East Coast and came to Utah, 25 years ago, to Ski for a few months. I saw the beautiful homes and area and thought, what if I could ski and make a living? So, I packed up my bags and began my journey. I like working in a beautiful area and on homes, with PureHaven I can do both. When I’m not at work you can find me skiing, camping, or mountain biking.
